 What do I get by paying extra for the warranty and what does it include?

  • By purchasing a Product Warranty, you don't have to worry about it for 30 days after purchase. If the product does not connect, does not work correctly or does not work at all, or is faulty in other technical characteristics, then we will replace it for you as quickly as possible.
  • NB! We do not replace the product if you yourself somehow damaged the product, drowned it, set it on fire, dropped it, etc. Please use devices according to instructions to minimize the risk of damage to the product.

How long does it take to deliver a sold out product?

  • Items that are not in stock in Tallinn may take longer to arrive than usual. Typically this time is around 19 - 35 days. Sometimes the time may take even less than 19 days. Please remain calm as within 10 days we will send a tracking number with which you can track your parcel.

How can I understand that the product I ordered is not in stock in Tallinn?

  • For each product that is out of stock, instead of purchasing, there is a “Pre-order” button and next to it there is a red inscription “This is a pre order item. We will ship it when it comes in stock.” We tried our best not to mislead you.

Why should I order from you if there is PandaBuy?

  • PandaBuy is just an intermediary between the buyer and the supplier. It’s not a fact that you will end up with a top copy supplier on PandaBuy.     Do you have a returns?

    • We accept returns of goods within 14 days after the consumer receives the package and after receiving the goods back we issue a refund to the buyer. Read more in the return policy tab.

      How do you make such fast delivery?

      • All goods in stock are in our warehouse in Tallinn, so we can use local delivery, which operates in the Baltic states and delivers goods quickly and reliably

      How can I return an item and get my money back?

      • We are very sorry if you have asked these questions, but we are happy to answer them for you. We have made a separate section for parcel returns where you can easily process returns. Read about the return rules in the Return Policy

      What payment methods do you accept?

      • We try to use most of the modern payment methods that our partners offer us. Remember that all your translations are maximally protected and are checked several times before achieving the goal. At the moment we use the following payment methods: Manual transfer to card, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express.
