Refund policy
Simple Deadlines. Clear Rules.
Reshop Baltic applies a clear voluntary return structure depending on whether the product remains sealed or has already been opened.
Completely unused, unopened and originally sealed products may qualify under our voluntary policy for return within 14 calendar days after delivery.
Under our voluntary policy, an opened product should normally be reported within 7 calendar days and should remain in excellent condition.
Where no mandatory statutory right already applies, Reshop Baltic may exceptionally accept an opened-product voluntary return between days 8 and 14.
One Standard Across the Store
Our inventory changes constantly, but our review principles remain the same across Reshop Baltic.
Checked for damage, heavy wear, contamination, alteration and excessive use.
Supplied accessories, documentation and packaging may be checked.
Relevant model, serial and authenticity characteristics may be verified.
The return is completed after the applicable conditions are reviewed.
General Return Conditions
- The returned item must correspond to the item originally supplied
- The product must not have customer-caused damage
- The product should not show excessive wear or use
- Important supplied parts and accessories should be included
- Original packaging should be included where supplied
- Relevant manuals, certificates or documentation should be included
- Identification and authentication information must not be manipulated
- The product must not have been altered or improperly repaired
- Proof of purchase must be available
Opened Means Stricter Inspection
Opening ordinary packaging does not itself automatically prevent a return. However, an opened item's condition becomes especially important.
High-Value & Individually Identifiable Products
Additional inspection may be performed for high-value, limited, collectible, electronic, luxury or otherwise individually identifiable goods.
- Model or reference information
- Serial number or unique identifier
- Authentication characteristics
- Physical condition
- Supplied accessories and documentation
- Account-lock or device status where relevant
Tracked, insured or specially arranged return shipping may be required.
When a Voluntary Return May Be Refused
- The product has been extensively used, worn or damaged
- Important supplied components are missing
- The product has been altered, modified or improperly repaired
- Identification or authentication information has been manipulated
- The returned item does not correspond to the item originally supplied
- The product remains locked to a customer account where removal is required
- The product was specifically personalized or customized

Order Info
Defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods are handled separately from ordinary voluntary change-of-mind returns.
Four Simple Steps
Protect the Original Packaging
- Do not attach shipping labels directly to premium retail packaging
- Do not tape directly over original boxes where avoidable
- Do not write directly on original packaging
- Use suitable protective outer packaging
- Include relevant inserts, accessories and documentation
Exchanges & Replacements
The simplest way to receive a different item, variant or size is normally to return the current product where eligible and place a separate order. Because some products are limited, individually sourced or available only in small quantities, we cannot guarantee replacement availability.
Send It Safely
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, direct return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law. High-value products may require tracked, insured or specially arranged return shipping.
Inspected, Then Refunded
Voluntary returns may be inspected for identity, condition and completeness before approval.
Approved voluntary refunds are normally issued to the original payment method and normally processed within 10 business days.
European Union 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Where European Union distance-selling rules apply, an eligible consumer generally has the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
Opening ordinary retail packaging does not by itself automatically eliminate this statutory right.
Consumers may inspect goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Excessive handling may result in responsibility for diminished value where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, shorten or reduce rights available under Estonian or European Union law.
