How long does it take to deliver a sold out product?

Items that are not in stock in Tallinn may take longer to arrive than usual. Typically this time is around 19 - 35 days. Sometimes the time may take even less than 19 days. Please remain calm as within 10 days we will send a tracking number with which you can track your parcel.

How can I understand that the product I ordered is not in stock in Tallinn?

For each product that is out of stock, instead of purchasing, there is a “Pre-order” button and next to it there is a red inscription “This is a pre order item. We will ship it when it comes in stock.” We tried our best not to mislead you.

What do I get by paying extra for the warranty and what does it include?
  • By purchasing a Product Warranty, you don't have to worry about it for 30 days after purchase. If the product does not connect, does not work correctly or does not work at all, or is faulty in other technical characteristics, then we will replace it for you as quickly as possible.
  • NB! We do not replace the product if you yourself somehow damaged the product, drowned it, set it on fire, dropped it, etc. Please use devices according to instructions to minimize the risk of damage to the product.
